By introducing Balance, we are giving our employees the opportunity to work from home for most of their working time. The Balance programme was born out of the feedback received from the team workshops. Our people told us that wanted more flexibility, we listened, and we acted upon it.

Throughout the pandemic, we were forced into working differently within William Hill. Our leaders and all our colleagues have adapted with remarkable resilience, enthusiasm and imagination to make this work. We have launched a new training programme for our leaders focusing on virtual leadership, engagement, communication and the importance of wellbeing to equip them with the tools and know-how they require to become successful Balanced Leaders.

Our Balance programme truly shows that we, at William Hill, are a dynamic and agile business that embraces new ways of working.
