Selection Process

We all know about the importance of being prepared for new opportunity. For this very reason, we would like to give you a general overview of what you can expect. Hopefully, this will help you prepare yourself better and enjoy the process at the same time!

Application Thank you for your interest in opportunities at William Hill International! We know how nerve-wrecking it can be having to wait to receive feedback. The hiring team will do their best to review your details as soon as possible. You can expect to receive an email from us within 5-10 working days, letting you know whether your application has been shortlisted for a first interview, or otherwise. Interview Interview processes may vary from one role to another, however generally speaking, you can expect the interview process to look a lot like this:

During a first stage interview you will meet with the hiring manager as well as a member of the talent acquisition team. We will be eager to hear about your motivations and what piqued your interest.

From our end, we will do our best to give you as much information as possible about the role and the team.

As a follow up to first interview, for some technical roles as well as for roles within Customer Operations, you will be asked to take some time to complete a competency-based task.

The hiring team will do their best to come back to you as soon as possible with feedback, letting you know whether your application has been taken through to a second stage interview.

For your second interview you will meet with a more senior member of the hiring team where you will discuss the position in more detail and put forward any questions that may have come up for you during the process.

Congratulations! At the end of the process, a member of the talent acquisition team will be in touch to provide feedback, answer any final questions you may have and to hopefully discuss a job offer! You will receive details via email and we will of course be looking forward to see you accept and join the team! We will stay in touch with you in the time leading up to your start date – we are always happy to answer any questions you may still have.
