We are looking for a creative and strategic Campaign Planner, with focus on Casino, to lead the execution of marketing campaigns tailored to the Italian market, using a variety of channels including email, SMS, text and/or any additional media to communicate with customers. The ideal candidate will need a deep understanding of the Italian Casino market, latest trends, and cultural nuances. As a Campaign Planner, you will work with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and bets on Casino sites. A strong knowledge of data monitoring and reporting is also required.
- Reporting to the Campaign Manager, plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for Gaming.
- Responsible for generating ideas, preparing and presenting proposals, overseeing creative and production processes. This role will also involve preparing content against agreed tone of voice and brand guidelines, A/B testing and optimisation.
- Study customer research and feedback to fully understand their motivations and ensure campaign plans meet customer needs by segment.
- Work with Customer Service, Marketing Services, Studio and Operations to develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to activities, focusing on those that will make the greatest contribution to improving customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and manage CRM and onsite promotional activities. Prepare country-specific onsite and offsite campaigns and monitor results.
- Analyse promotions and their impact on customers.
- Work on a weekend/holiday on-call rota (emergency/daily leaderboard updates).
- Experience with online casino products.
- Native Italian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a direct marketing/CRM environment.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the CRM Life Cycle
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical, technical and mathematical skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organised, detail oriented, able to multi-task.
- Prioritises workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing "deliverables
