You will be responsible for managing commercial operations in Germany and Austria with a clear focus on value and operational optimization. Your marketing/operational experience, local market knowledge and strong people skills will be the assets enabling you to drive success.
- Manage the oversight and sometimes contribute directly to writing copy, translations, product and banner content, promotions (create dedicated sites, specific sales-driven headlines and copy etc), creating SEO or blog pages, brand content etc.
- Manage the retention and re-activation levels across all customer segments to reach targets, on top of optimizing conversion funnels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the best customer experience possible across the whole customer journey.
- Manage a team of content managers effectively by guiding them on the necessary operational actions and supporting their development.
- Work closely with the Compliance team and other stakeholders to ensure full compliance with the local regulations.
- Ensure quality testing of products or promotional campaigns, consumer research and customer insights projects or other ad hoc language specific requests.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working in a similar role or as a content manager using the German language, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Candidates with different levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Native German language, ability to write creative content as well as translate from English master templates.
- Experience within the iGaming industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Proficiency with Office programs and publishing tools, ability to work with back office tools for different systems/brands especially WordPress and Jira.
- Good communication skills to work across teams.
- Possess a keen interest in sports and gaming.
- Strong analytical skills, able to assimilate data and understand trends.
- Attention to detail, a working attitude that strives for ‘right first time’, thoroughness and perfection.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet (short term) deadlines.
