As a Promotion and Content Executive you will have full ownership of the website content in the respective market and product verticals or brands. You will be planning, writing, setting up, monitoring and evaluating both non-campaign and campaign content and supporting all other market set-ups as required across our Gaming and Sportsbook verticals and in collaboration with various stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Commercial Lead in a dedicated team for our regulated market offering in Germany.

• Planning and Coordination with the CRM and the Sportsbook team to come up with localized marketing promotions (on-site + communications) for our Casino, Poker, Live Casino and Sportsbook verticals.
• Create quality, original and on-brand, compliant, content in German for your local promotions within specified timelines. This will include onsite promotions and emails and SMS.
• Set up promotions and communications from start to finish, including but not limited to promotion pages, banner, email and SMS. 
• Work closely with the compliance team so as to ensure that all marketing activities are entirely compliant. (mechanics, content, images).
• End to end testing of promotional campaigns and offers across all channels before go live.
• Consumer research and customer insights projects or other ad hoc language specific requests
• Support with onsite and comms set-ups in support of other markets apart from the German speaking ones as required. (provided that local content is available).
• Support with other team duties such as documentation.
• Interpret briefs to develop and produce creative, local and relevant content across a variety of communication channels such as web, E-Mails and SMSs.
• Daily checks against global and local campaign plans and on all outgoing marketing promotions to ensure that all is live and in order.
• Monitor the success of your local communications by analyzing the key performance data.
• Work with a Project Management / Task Management tool to manage workflow with all stakeholders – Jira.
• Product: tasks include supporting the development team, changing process to accommodate new features, localisation of new products/features/games, providing input and feedback.
• Work on an on-call weekend/holiday rota (in case of emergency/daily updating of leaderboards).

• Native German language, ability to write creative content as well as translate from English master templates.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with creating content in German language.
• Previous experience or a keen interest in Poker, Gaming and Sports.
• Experience within the iGaming industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Proficiency with Office programs and publishing tools, ability to work with back office tools for different systems/brands especially Jira.
