The CRM Sportsbook Manager is responsible for sportsbook vertical performance for the 888 Sport brand, part of the evoke group.
The role is focused on ensuring the Sportsbook reaches targets with a strong commercial focus coordinating between multiple resources and departments. As a CRM Manager you will be responsible for creating and managing all user communication and offering, while constantly optimizing various KPIs. The job will require creation of marketing campaigns from head to toe, and full analysis of the ongoing activity in the sport client. You would also be working closely with Commercial, Operations and Country managers, Product, Trading, Client Management and Risk teams to deliver best experience in each of the markets and increase Player Retention.
- Driving growth on Sportsbook product vertical in all markets.
- Initiate and develop a marketing strategy for improving user performance and increase profitability, manage, and promote marketing projects from head to toe while working with numerous operational interfaces.
- Develop & manage both mass market and segmented marketing strategies for existing players, while utilizing various channels & marketing tools.
- Work closely with Sports Trading, Client Management and Risk teams to ensure Sportsbook offers are optimized.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and provide competitor analysis where relevant.
- Constantly evaluate promotions and optimize them to improve performance.
- Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets.
- 2+ years’ experience in CRM or experience in a similar marketing role (Must).
- Experience in CRM Sport betting or Gaming (Advantage).
- Deep knowledge and passion for Sports and/or Gaming.
- Fluent English (Must), additional languages (Advantage).
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
