The Head of Compliance Optimization and Development will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's compliance programs. This role will focus on optimizing compliance processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance or strategic development within the gambling industry.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance optimization strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement within the compliance framework and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Set compliance goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and report progress to senior management.
- Analyse current compliance processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline compliance activities.
- Collaborate with AI and automation, Commercial, and other departments to integrate solutions that enhance compliance operations.
- Implement continuous monitoring mechanisms to track compliance performance.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior compliance role, preferably within the gambling or online gaming industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the gambling industry and commitment to responsible gaming practices.
