About the role...

As HOG at evoke, you will be driving commercial performance from our Casino & Poker verticals across key markets for both the Mr Green and 888 brands.

The HOG will be responsible for the daily revenue targets from Casino and Poker by monitoring game performance, collaborating with the central product teams and identifying new opportunities. We are a global company and you bring the local view and agenda for the local markets in the Business Unit for strongest commercial output.

It is therefore a key role within the commercial team, reporting to the regional Managing Director. The role requires 3-5 years of experience working detailed on Gaming products across Slots, LIVE and /or Poker.

What you will be doing...
  • Monitoring supplier performance and drive optimization together with the central Gaming & Product team.
  • Drive the Martech / Gaming rquirements of the business unit into the global roadmap by finding opportunities and gaps and successfully driving forward your business cases.
  • Build the monthly promotional plans according to commercial targets and together with the Business Unit’s CRM team.
  • Drive poker initiatives: collaborate with the Poker Business Unit on promotions and events for your markets in the Nordics / EU business unit.
  • Represent and network on behalf of the Business Unit in our daily (and new) relationships with suppliers and keep us at the forefront of new opportunities.
Who we are looking for...
  • Minimum 3-5 years working in Casino and/or poker from a product focused role.
  • Experience with commercial strategy in regulated markets
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • A solid team player. You possess your own expertise to drive us forward, but you get there through strong collaboration with key functions across the company.

Required skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills and a born team player
  • The ability to work across multiple team in a matrix organization and manage project deliveries within tight deadlines
  • Highly organized
  • Native Danish, Swedish or German preferred
