What you will be doing...
  • Role: Premier Customer Loyalty Account Manager at Evoke.
  • Responsible for managing high-value Premier customer accounts and portfolio.
  • Focused on building long-term relationships to drive loyalty and engagement.
  • Utilize analytical skills and customer behaviour insights to:
    • Identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop tailored solutions and strategies.
  • Create personalized experiences such as:
    • Exclusive live events.
    • Customized offers and promotional plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Premier customers.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Aim to positively impact:
    • Customer retention.
    • Acquisition.
    • Business growth in the main segments.
Who we are looking for...
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a VIP Account Manager or 5 years’ experience in the online gaming industry
  • Fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills-
  • Experience in internet/e-commerce and customer-focused roles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs.
  • Good Sales Expertise with the ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell to high-value clients.
  • Very good customer focus and strategic thinking. Must have the ability to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and portfolio growth.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
  • Fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience in internet/e-commerce and customer-focused roles.
  • Strong team player, yet self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude towards projects and tasks. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
  • Must be available to travel international.
