As a Verification Improvement Lead, you will be working with the Group Head of Verification on strategic electronic verification and document authentication systems processes and procedures improvements across all group brands and regulations and across all evoke markets.
- Work with the Group Head of Verification on strategic electronic verification and document authentication systems processes and procedures improvements across all group brands and regulations.
- Support Verification Manager and the Product teams with the implementation of new electronic verification tools and drive improvements to existing tools and customer journeys.
- Escalate any incidents related to electronic verification services and keep all Stakeholders updated.
- Identify areas for improvements and drive efficiency in the electronic verification system workflows and customer journeys.
- Support the Group Head of Verification in ensuring the electronic Verification KPIs are reached.
- Create and have a process in place for regulatory audit check on correct system behaviour and processes compliance.
- Compile reports and deliver to the business data covering electronic verification metrics across all Group brands and regulations.
- Participate and lead dashboard creation, data analysis and data monitoring projects with the support of BA teams.
- Create and manage Dashboard and report requirements, work closely with BI and BA teams.
- Deliver training in procedures and back-office systems to Customer Support Operational teams in relation to electronic customer verification and document authentication systems and journeys.
- Create and update electronic verification procedures and internal knowledge base pages, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and system updates.
- Keep clear and ongoing communication with Compliance, escalating any issues or concerns.
- Maintain relationships with other relevant Group departments.
- Assist the Group Head of Verification in working for the Group US market customer identity verification projects.
- Support the Group Head of Verification in the 3rd party supplier management.
- Assist the Group Head of Verification in the financial management, invoice and usage tracking.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties.
- At least 3-year experience in a KYC / Risk & Fraud role.
- Prior working experience with back office systems, customer management systems, Jira, Confluence, Tableau.
- Excellent knowledge of 888 KYC & Risk/Fraud procedures.
- Excellent knowledge to the customer identity verification compliance requirements within DGA/SGA/UKGC/MGA/DGOJ/US/Italian regulations.
- Effective oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently on delivering project results.
- Excellent data analysis skills and adeptness working with Excel advanced functions.
- People or project/product management experience is welcome.
